Brislington Room to Rent

Hi, we are looking for someone to join our lovely house in Brislington from 1st April as our housemate is moving in with their partner.

The property:
Rent £550 per month (bills included and £550 deposit in a protection scheme). Double room (single occupant) with built in storage (2 spacious cubbyholes), furnished with a bed, mattress and drawers. The property is super close to Eastwood Farm Nature Reserve and Beeses pub! Number 1 bus route at the end of the road and a double drive for off-street parking, has a spacious garden, and has dishwasher/tumble dryer. DSS accepted.

About us:
Current housemates are myself, Summer (25, policy advisor for the civil service), Rhia (30, data manager for the NHS), and Meg (34) who is also moving out shortly to live with her partner. Megan has a German Shepard that will be moving with her. Rhia likes to read, travel, go to gigs, and currently training for a half-marathon. I’m into dancing, wild swimming and reading.
Rhia and I are often out in the evenings at dance classes.

Occupant:
Looking for girls/gays/theys only please, around 25-35. Preferably looking for someone who is clean and tidy, doesn’t work from home full time, and appreciates a calm house. We’re sociable and like to binge reality TV together but also appreciate our own peace and quiet. We have a huge garden so an interest in gardening would be great!
