Hi! I'm looking for a female flatmate in my two double bedroom house available from mid-June (can be flexible on this).

About the house
I've lived here since October '24, it's a lovely relaxed home with a garden and garage, on-street parking.

The available room is on the ground floor (3.16 x 3.28m), with a shared bathroom upstairs, a second ground floor toilet, and an open-plan kitchen/living space.

Great location in Brislington, a short walk to Sandy Park Road and close to Bath Road bus transport links.

The room is currently unfurnished, but I'm flexible - happy to furnish it or for you to bring your own things.

Rent: £780 pcm (including all bills)
Includes WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra storage space in the garage.
Deposit: £780
Initial term: 6 months, with potential option to extend
Council tax band: B (included)

About me
I work from home two days a week/in the office 3 days, ideally looking for someone with a similar work pattern.

I’m 31, into running/exercise, socialising, and exploring Bristol, usually out and about at weekends but enjoy a chilled evening in during the week too.
It’s a friendly, easy-going home - nice to catch up over dinner or a glass of wine sometimes, but also very respectful of each other’s space.

About you
I'm looking for a female flatmate only (sorry guys!).

Someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with, who’s looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay. A potential running buddy would be a bonus, but not essential 😊
