Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a friendly shared house with four other housemates.

There will be one other room (double) for let as another flatmate has recently left so currently there are 3 others at the property.

The room is a bright and spacious unfurnished double, giving you the flexibility to make it your own. It features a beautiful bay window that lets in loads of natural light, as well as a private en suite, with walk in shower.

The house itself has recently been refurbished, so everything feels fresh, modern, and well looked after. The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances including a fridge, washing machine, and microwave.

There’s a small garden with room for bike storage out the back.

The rent is £850 per month, with all bills included. Deposit is £980.

It’s a great place to live with Sandy Park road a short walk away with local shops and takeaways. Easy access to Bristol centre with busses running frequently.

There is on street parking out front (no permit required).
