Room available for summer only: June 10 - Sept 10

I'm taking a sabbatical at my work and going away for summer. Come live in my house!

The house: Cute double room in a spacious and light house, in Brislington. End of terrace. Four bedrooms. Nice big upstairs bathroom - massive shower. Big living room. Big light kitchen (dishwasher) and dining room. Utility room (washer and tumble dryer) with downstairs loo. Courtyard garden with patio. Massive double garage.

The area: Around the corner from Sandy Park road with lots of shops, cafes, fast food, post office, etc. Big supermarket (Sainsbury’s) 10 mins walk away. Excellent bus links. Easy parking. Lovely Arnos Vale and Nightingale Valley very close. Totterdown 20 mins walk away.

The housemates: 2 gentle males in later 20s/early 30s. Both work from home, both absolutely lush - one a coder, other an ecologist. The ecologist will often be away on site for days at a time in summer. 1 lovely female in early 30s - works out of the house as an upholster. All super friendly, enjoy the odd home-cooked meal together, movie night, trip to pub. All professions leading quiet, considered lives. Creative, outdoorsy, fun.

The new housemate: Ideally looking for someone who doesn't work from home due to the guys already in the house in the day. Someone mature, tidy, considerate of others. Someone friendly.

The money: Monthly rent of £589 will be due on the 10th of each month. This INCLUDES council tax. The rest of the bills total £60.07. No deposit needed.

Please note: the room is only available June 10 - Sept 10. I'll be moving back in after this period - thanks!
