Hello! I have a 3 bed flat in Box Makers Yard and I am looking for 2 new people to move in when our tenancy ends on 24th December! Rent is £861pm each plus bills. All bills (council tax, electricity and water) approx £120 each pm. I am looking for housemates that are clean, sociable and also young professionals as I am currently 21 doing a grad scheme. The tenancy is 6 months with the option to extend and rent MUST be paid 6 months in advance to the landlord by each tenant.
The building includes a free gym, work from home residence lounge, rooftop terrace and free Wi-Fi. Each room has a King size bed and the bathroom will be shared between 2 people. Apartment has a large private balcony. Car park next to building but not included in rent. 5 minute walk from Temple Meads station.
