Double Room in Old Market

Large, bright double room to rent in a second floor flat in Old Market. There is plenty of storage between the Ottoman bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe with room for more furniture or a clothes rail if desired.

The flat would be shared between the my girlfriend (Chloe) and I.

The best bits about the flat (at least in my biased opinion): Super central to the city, loads of space, quiet (is in an isolated block with being the only flat on the floor and one flat above), and there is a corner shop at the end of the road and a local sainsburys. Plus the flat has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, and a big ol TV. I also work from the office most days and she works from the office everyday, so you’ll have free run of the flat a lot of the time.

Looking for a long-term roommate around my age, preferably for a year and non-smoker.

A little about me: I’m a 26yo working professional training to be a chartered accountant. I’m easy going, but looking for someone who makes an effort to be tidy. My main hobby is the gym, and hers is crochet.

The development is gated and has bike storage.
