Deans Court is a self-catered residence for the postgraduate University of Bristol students. Flats are arranged over 8 floors with a central courtyard.
This accommodation has a great location that backs to Brandon Hill Park/sides to College Green Park, near Park Street, Park Street boasts a selection of quirky shops, bars, and restaurants, and has several works of street art by the world-famous artist.
The location of the room is very good. It faces the inner court. There is no noise from cars. The room is located on floor 2. The sun is not directly shining, and it is very cool in summer!
This flat has 6 Chinese roommates sharing the kitchen. However, when you come in most of the roommates will not live here (back in China or travel) and all of them are very friendly and love to keep the kitchen tidy, hope you are as well.
Private bathroom, dormitory with heating, microwave, refrigerator, oven, laundry room downstairs, staff cleaning the kitchen and corridors every week.
Smoking and pets are prohibited, and companions are not allowed to live in the flat.
