Double unfurnished room to rent in the city centre from 23rd of April

The bedroom is unfurnished so you will have to provide your own furniture but the rest of the house is already furnished with my own furniture. Bathroom is shared.
I’m looking for someone (preferably a professional) who is tidy and social and wants to go out and do things or just chill chatting watching films/series together, but also likes there own space from time to time! I work very unsociable hours so I’d appreciate someone that’s not too loud having house parties as I work a mixture of nights and weekends as well as early starts!
The apartment is council tax band B. There is no allocated parking spaces but there are spaces close by.
