We have a small double room available in our spacious shared property is located in St Andrews, Close to Gloucester Road and within good bus routes to the city centre. All bedrooms are bright, clean and comfortable and are available on a flexible weekly let.

• Two shared bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The First floor bathroom includes a shower over a bath and the ground floor is a shower room.
• Rooms are Fully furnished, including a desk for those working from home.
• Lovely large garden area, perfect for socialising in the summer months
• Friendly house atmosphere, including a live in house manager who keeps the communal areas clean on a daily basis.
• Great Living / dining area, with a freeview TV.
• Fast, virgin business internet.
• Shared kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal during your stay.
• Near Gloucester Road where there are ample cafes and shops. Also on a good bus route into Cabot circus and surrounding areas.
• On street parking available. This is a narrow two way street with no parking restrictions.
• Essentials supplied free of charge throughout your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, Laundry powder and toilet roll.
• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival. Room fee includes all bills. No deposit or fees. Rent payment is every 4 weeks. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge).
