I'm Danny and I'm going on a long holiday. Do you want to sleep in my room?

Am away for 6 weeks from Feb 12th and hoping to recoup some of the costs. Would consider a bit longer or shorter, either side of that date.

A bit about me and the house...

I'm a born-and-bred Bristolian, back home recently after the obligatory stretch in London, settling in to the years approaching the dreaded middle-age.

It's a beautiful, 2-bed, Victorian house right by Church Road and in between the green spaces of St George's park and Avonview Cemetery, containing:

Road-facing front room
Galley Kitchen
Separate dining room
Garden
Spacious bathroom with bath + shower

Your large and spacious double-room is bright and airy, very quiet and will be fully furnished as shown, centred around a lovely Ercol bed and all the trimmings. My stuff will be hidden away so you'll have maximum room for all your shit.

My housemate is a lovely young man who is a pretty ideal housemate - clean, quiet but also a big part of the place. He likes his telly and socialising but is very respectful of boundaries etc. We have a laugh so maybe you could have one too.

Hopefully you know the drill for how to be a good housemate - clean and tidy, respectful of noise / guests, potentially up for sharing the cooking / eating, and watching half-decent TV (plus a bit of the shit stuff).

You'll meet both of us prior to confirming.
