2 rooms available in 3 bed newly refurbished house in Eastville from June. Looking for some short (ish) term tenants while we do some work in the MASSIVE garden and work out a longer term plan. Can let rooms individually or all together. Super convenient for getting to town by foot bus or bike, or getting in/ out of Bristol on the M32. Drive for up to 2 vehicles and plenty of on street parking. Very close to Tesco, Ikea and all that, the lovely M32 market when it’s on, Eastville Park, Snuffmills, Easton, St Werbs etc. Fully furnished (with lots of our stuff) so looking for respectful trustworthy types.
