Double room near clifton Down station

Hi!

My flatmate is moving out and her double bedroom is available from the end of May.
The flat is situated just off Whiteladies Road, in Redland, and it has plenty of amenities around: from really nice groceries shops, to lots of cool pubs and restaurants (even a cinema!).
There is permit parking and our council tax band is C.
The flat will be shared with just me, so here's a little bit about myself: I'm a 27 year old professional that is friendly and social. I'm originally Italian and work as an engineer.
Some of my hobbies include readin, painting, gym, and learning new things. I love spending time with my friends and enjoying the outdoors on weekends, but I equally enjoy just chilling at home after work.
I would love to make a new friend of my future flatmate and have a nice time together, watching films or playing board games etc.
Also, I keep the flat tidy and clean, so I would appreciate it if my future flatmate would do the same and be considerate about noise throughout working days, as I tend to spend long hours at work.
