Large double room to rent in Redfield

A lovely double room to rent in a friendly shared household in Redfield, right next to Netham Park. There is free parking on the road outside and it is always very easy to get a space. Just a 5-minute walk away you can find a high street that includes Aldi, Tesco Express, coffee shops, pubs and great transport links into the centre.

The room is fully furnished with an en suite bathroom, it will be a 6-month tenancy due to my friend going travelling for 6 months who lives in that room normally. The room is available from the end of July till January.

You'll be sharing with me and one other female. we are in our mid-twenties, and we are friendly and sociable. We are ideally looking for a friend as well as a housemate. Our preference would be to live with another female professional as we are both females.

You will also be sharing the house with a very friendly longhaired indoor cat and 3 pet rats (the rats are not in the communal areas). The new tenant must be an avid animal lover with no allergies.

The shared kitchen and living room are open-planed. The kitchen includes all white goods and a tumble dryer. There is an enclosed patio garden at the back, overlooking the park, perfect for BBQs in the summer! The garden includes a bike rack and a shed.
