Dog-Loving, Clean, Social Flatmate Wanted

I'm looking for a dog-loving, like-minded flat mate to share my house with me. This'll be a bit of a long description, so bear with me.

I own the property and have a lovely, fun dog who also has some complex behavioural needs. I travel a lot for work and therefore am looking for someone with a more stable schedule who is happy to share in some of the dog caretaking responsibilities. This person should ideally have some experience with dogs and, more importantly, should be willing to learn how to interact with a dog that's not super straightforward. I can't emphasize enough, she's lovely and a local celebrity - but she has her boundaries and would like those to be respected. Unfortunately, additional pets aren't an option as she prefers to be an only child.

The room has a double bed which is raised about 4 feet off the ground, with some steps up to the bed. It gets lovely afternoon light. There is one shared bathroom. The house is entirely furnished.

Lifestyle-wise, I'm super active and social. I regularly have people over to the house and want my home to be a place of community. I'm looking for someone similar - ideally a mix of friendship and independence. Happy to share meals and spend time together, as well as focus on our own lives, relationships, and priorities. I work a 9-5 outside of the house, and I perform in a few improv comedy groups around Bristol. I cook and bake a lot, which often means I have extras and you could be the beneficiary of that. I'm quite left-leaning and am looking for someone with similar views. LGBTQ+ friendly!

I keep the house clean and would like someone who has a similar level of cleanliness - you're welcome to keep your room how you like it, but I like for the common areas to be clutter free and pleasant spaces to be in.

Finally, sharing a home is a big deal to me, and often shared spaces can come with a degree of feelings and frustration. Keeping open and direct communication is important to me, so that our relationship and our home is one of respect and kindness.
