Incredible space in shared house

Hey there! We’re looking for a housemate to join us in St Paul’s from early June. You’ll be sharing with 4 housemates (two girls who’re 29, incl me & a younger gal and older guy).

The rooms a super interesting and tbh pretty incredible one, where you rent the living room along with the room. The living room has its own mini hallway into the bedroom, which has a built in desk.

The house is big so the bathrooms only shared between 3 - the guy uses the downstairs loo and I’ve got an en-suite.

We’ve got a garden tho sadly it’s not been well tended to (oops) so it’s in a state of slight disrepair.

The landlords private and the rents £635 plus bills (council tax and water is covered).

Housemate that’s leaving is willing to sell bed and desk for cheap! Sofas and cupboard in living area are incl.
