We're looking for someone to take over a tenancy in our flat asap in a beautiful old victorian building just off from Whiteladies Road.
650PCM - this is a fully furnished room, however you are sharing a tenancy of a flat. The deposit is 1st month’s rent.
The room has a big sash window looking out onto a private car parking space (included in the rent) and is very quiet. It also comes with a functioning sink, sort of a 1/2 ensuite I suppose. The bathroom is next door, and the kitchen is just down the corridor. The flat comes with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, hob etc, all working perfectly. Responsive landlord who will fix any problems that may occur.
The flat is just off from Whiteladies Road, so has very easy access to Clifton Down station, as well as being just 75m from the nearest bus stop with links into the town center. Clifton Down is just a short walk up the hill too.
We're looking for someone to move in ASAP. :)
