House is suited for a professional who wants a peaceful and quiet place to do their own thing but also maybe wants to socialise with others in the house e. g. go to pub, boardgames, general chitchat.

Kitchen is spacious with induction hob, washing machine and microwave.

Garden has a lawn, with patio and decking.
Has washing line. Though of course with the weather I provide each room with a clothes horse and a dehumidifier to be able to dry your clothes when weather is well the usual rain.
