Seeking Responsible Professional (or couple) for King Size Bedroom in Beautiful Victorian Terraced Home 🏡

We're Freddie and Fiona, and we're seeking a professional single or couple to rent out our spacious main king size bedroom while we're away for most of the summer, you will have the house to yourself for the majority of the time.

We take pride in our home and are looking for someone who will treat it with the same care and respect as we do. Partly furnished, bed frame and huge in-built wardrobes included, but happy to discuss your needs.

• Separate office room for your sole use

• Just a 2-minute cycle or a 10-minute walk to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, ideal for commuting
• Ridgway Park within walking distance
• Only a 5-minute walk to Lidl, Aldi, and Morrisons for all your shopping needs
• Local cafes also a walk away

Bills included, water, gas, electrics and council tax. You will need to provide your own internet access.

31 May- 31st of August (3 month short term tenancy) with a potential to stay until October.
