Cheap Double Room With En Suite

We are looking for a new flatmate to fill this double room from the 1st of June. Our house is located close to bristol city centre and is surrounded by transport links, this includes a train station and plenty of busses. As well as this it's a short walk from the top of gloucester road.
The house includes 3 double bedrooms as well as a single bedroom. On top of this there's a shared living room leading out onto a big open garden.
This particular room includes an en suite, and is next to an office which is currently not in use.
We are all productive and hard working people and are hoping to find someone similar.
At first rent will come to around £630 with bills, but once the single room is filled it will go down to £500. Message me or comment for anymore details!
