Beautiful high-rise flat in Temple Meads

Looking for a flatmate to move in ASAP!

About the flat:
Beautiful 2 bed, 5 minuet walk from temple meads train station. The room is a fully furnished small double with queen bed, built in wardrobe and side tabel. The kitchen is a decent size and I have a nespresso machine, so bonus if you're addicted to caffeine like me. There is a secure coded bike shed. Water is included in the rent and electricity bills come to around £40 a month each, sometimes less based on usage. Wifi is £12/month each. There is also a pair of resident peregrine falcons that live on the adjacent building if you're weird like me and find that interesting!

A bit about me:
I am 27 and a final year vet student at Bristol uni and have just started my clinical rotations. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, gym, eat nice food, paint, or do yoga when the sun is going down, but I also really enjoy a lazy evening in front of a good film or series! I do have two snakes, one who lives in the lounge area, so this is something to consider. When the weather is good I love being active and adventuring outdoors so if you have this in common then that would be ideal :)! Overall, I am pretty laid back, always up for a laugh but respect peoples space.

My ideal flatmate:
I am just looking for someone who is generally chilled/easy going. A big bonus if you like house plants and can add to my ever growing collection of babies :)! I am not fussed about you being a student or professional but as I am a student I do not pay council tax so this would be completely your responsibility (council tax band C).
