Hi, I will be looking for 2 new flatmates to move in start of July as my two current flatmates are both moving out.
The tenancy agreement will be linked with all 3 of us and will be a three way agreement.
I’m a 28 year old single guy who works in TV. Ideal housemates will be sociable and easy going and are young professionals.
Room 1 (first shown in picture) has access to the communal balcony through doors which can open up. This balcony can also be reached through the communal area
Room 2 (second shown in pictures) is slightly smaller but still a great size.
Bills not included. Will be about £140/150 on top of the room prices.
