Looking for 1 professional and respectful person to share a lovely house in St George.

*Bills included, deposit and reference required. Including council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet, tv license, cleaning fee.

Room 3 - Double bedroom with a double bed, floor to ceiling clothes rack. furniture can be arranged depends on what you need. Window facing garden. Warm and cosy with a radiator.

Room and all upstairs area have new carpet, and can be decorated for both male or female.

The house has a large size open plan downstairs living and kitchen area, with a small downstairs loo. Full kitchen, breakfast bar, all appliances. TV, sofa, dinning table etc.

Big sliding door opens up to a very large garden with plenty of sun to enjoy outside. Great place to chill out in the summer.

Within walking distance to Church road for shopping, drinks and pubs, restaurants, bakery etc. Walking distance to St George Park which is very popular all year round. There’s a bus stop to town within couple of minutes walk from the house. And 2 other bus stops within 5 mins walk. All buses could take you to the city centre within 20 mins. Close to a cycle path from Bristol to Bath.

Current housemate - a young professional, female, teacher. Works 8am - 4pm out of the house. A young professional male, work 5 days out of the house. Respectful and relaxed.

We are looking for another young professionals to join the house, respectful and tidy. No pets or smoking inside the house.
