Hey there – looking for a great new flatmate!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a 2-bed top-floor flat on St Michaels Hill, Kingsdown — a brilliant central location just 10 minutes from the city centre, University of Bristol, BRI, and Stokes Croft.

You’ll be replacing my current flatmate in a new 6 month tenancy starting March 1st, it’s rolling month by month after that. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished with my own furniture, so you’ll just need to bring what you need for your bedroom.

• Unfurnished – all current items in the photo will be cleared before you move in
• Quiet and private – ideal for a working professional or mature student

• 2-bed top-floor flat in a converted building
• Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom (all furnished)
• Superfast fibre broadband
• Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven & hob
• Bills approx. £150–200/month each (incl. council tax, energy, water, broadband)
• Resident parking permit available (~£100/year via Bristol City Council)

I’m Jack, 27, working full-time in tech sales. I’m into creative hobbies like photography and design, music production, lazy gym goer, climber and boxer, I love exploring new events all over Bristol, and generally making the most of events in the city. I like hanging out with my mates, discovering new places. looking for a flatmate who’s open, friendly and respectful.
