Sublet, Ideal for students or people looking to stay somewhere in between looking for a permanent place, or for weekly commuters who would like to stay for the weekdays!

I am leaving Bristol for 3 months and need someone to replace me for that period of time.

This is a 4 bedroom household of all females. One is a student and 2 have just finished their masters courses and are working part time. The girls are very lovely, respectful and we keep a quiet and clean household.

The room is on the ground floor. It has an en-suite toilet like all the other rooms. It has plenty of storage.

The house has a separate kitchen from the living room, which opens out to the patio and porch which has a storage house.

There are great bus links to the City Centre and the Fishponds area, with 3 bus stops going to those places being less than 7 minutes away.

The electric bill and council tax (Band B) are not included in the rent. All payments will be made to me/through me.
