New housemate wanted in BS6!

Hey pals! We’re Jasmine, Lucy & Roz and we’re looking a new housemate in our cosy home!!

We’ve got one lovely room available in our bright and spacious 4-bed house in Bristol BS6:

* Room: £700 per month - upstairs front (unfurnished). Deposit £851

Move in date - Jul 1st 2026

The house has a great setup - a big kitchen, a comfy shared living room for movie nights and games, and a nice sized private garden that’s perfect for catching some sunshine in the afternoons. Spare room/ study upstairs where Jasmine & Lucy work from home. Utility area with washing machine & downstairs loo. There’s a large driveway that fits two - three cars (one space already taken), with plenty of street parking (permit not required).

The house is technically unfurnished, but we have the space filled with some great pieces between us all.

You’d be sharing with three friendly, chill housemates (two of us are queer & neurodivergent so of course open and welcome to everybody), and we’re looking for people who share similar open, kind vibes. We like a mix of being social and respecting each other’s downtime. We hope to live with likeminded people who want to create a relaxed and peaceful home together. We’re also pretty tidy and would appreciate someone who is the same! You can find us watching MAFs, Traitors & Taskmaster, at the cinema, on Gloucester Road drinking coffee, playing board games, and having a jolly ol’ time 🤠

We also have one very adorable cat called Sofy. She’s an only child, so sadly we can’t take in any more pets at the moment (sorry!).

Our landlord is super responsive and attentive, which makes living here pretty stress-free.

Bills aren’t included but usually come to a reasonable amount split between us.
