A comfortable and well-presented double room (4.6m x 2.74m) available in a friendly home in Kingswood. You will be sharing a home with 3 female nurses.

The room is bright and spacious, offering a relaxed place to unwind. The room will be furnished with a bed and wardrobe (option for unfurnished). There is a shared kitchen, with designated cupboards. There is a downstairs WC, shared bathroom with bath and shower and one of the rooms has an en suite (not this one). The lounge is lovely and spacious and has a large TV so perfect for nights in/house movie nights.

A lovely sociable house. The girls enjoy cooking together, movie nights, and the occasional night out.

Great location close to shops, public transport, and local facilities. Bus stop opposite the house and another bus stop a short walk away with frequent buses into the city centre.

Bills come to approximately £110 per month.

Flexibility to move into the room from 28th Jan - 9th Feb.
