Room available!

Hello! We currently have the top floor room available in our rented house in Ashley Down.
A bit about the house...
The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, living room and garden with a small shed and an apple tree.
The house has three bathrooms, one downstairs, the main bathroom on the first floor and an en-suite in an occupied bedroom.
The first floor has a small room we use as an office space/for pals to stay, but please feel free to use it as and when you need.
The top floor room is completely your own with a built in storage cupboard and a cute little balcony.
You'll be sharing with me and my partner, Harry. We've been living in Bristol for about 3 years now but we've only been in the house since September 25. We work from home 2-3 days a week between us and enjoy an evening in as well as being out and about.
We tend to have friends over to stay some weekends as well as weekends away ourselves.
There's a huge Lidl and Aldi near by, as well as Ashley Down Station and a bus stop across the road. Guild of Dough do a great coffee, and there's a few pubs nearby too.
We're looking for someone or a couple who are easy going, respectful and like a brew. If you think we'd be a good fit for you, please reach out :)
