Room available in a 5 bed student house for the 2026/27 academic year. Only available to students so council tax not payable. House is very close to nearby shops and 5-10 minute walk from Clifton Down Sainsbury's, Cotham Hill and Redland, 15-20 minute walk from UoB, with bus stop with many bus routes close to the house including U1, 30 minute walk to Gloucester Road. Quiet residential street just off Whiteladies Road. Room contains a small double bed, desk, drawers and sink, with a wardrobe outside the room. House has 4 other tenants, all going in to 3rd or 4th year across different degrees, a mix of home and international students and LGBTQ+ friendly, social but relaxed. Large shared living room with adjoining kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet and shower, front garden. If desired, can have sole use of shower in bathroom 2 as room on offer is slightly smaller than others in house. Must be okay with cats as neighbourhood cat visits often.
