Small double unfurnished quiet room on the top floor in a friendly shared house in Hotwells. We have a large shared living room, kitchen/dinner and garden that we like to keep feeling homely, and we are looking for a professional in their 30’s to share our lovely house with!
The house is in a great location - 2 minutes walk from the harbour and about 20-30 minutes walk from the city centre (NB: It probably is best suited for someone who doesn't have a car or require a parking space as the only available permit remaining is the 3rd permit (£500+)). We do have space for bike storage.
The house has 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet
The room comes unfurnished, and fits a standard double bed.
All bills included: Water, Gas & Electricity, WiFi, Council Tax and a weekly cleaner(!) for the communal spaces.
Room available from 9th April 2026.
