Double ensuite room in Easton available mid April

Looking for someone to take over my housing contract while I move abroad — available from 11th April (flexible on exact start date) until the end of July when the housing contract ends.

The room is a double with its own ensuite, in a houseshare with a great group of respectful working professionals in their early-to-mid twenties. Shared areas are the open plan and huge kitchen/living room. We love house dinners, movie nights, the occasional adventure — but equally happy give each other space to decompress. I'm gutted to be leaving these housemates as they are the kindest, most welcoming group of people.

The room comes furnished with:
• Double bed with under bed storage
• Drawers
• Wardrobe
• Desk

The location is hard to beat. Easton is a brilliant area with a real community feel, loads of great restaurants, and everything you need nearby:

• Stapleton Road station - 5 min walk (Temple Meads 7 minutes away)
• Lidl - 10 min walk
• International supermarket - 5 min walk
• City centre - under 15 mins by bike, 35 mins on foot, or there's direct buses.
• Free on-street parking

£700/month (contract takeover — bills end up being around £75).
