Room 5 - Single - £375 pcm

There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, grocery stores within a 5-15 minute walk (including Sainsbury's, Waitrose, M&S), and it within a 20 minute walking distance to Temple Quay, Clifton, City Centre and Stokes Croft.

We would like to share the house with working professionals who maintain cleanliness, are friendly and respectful. We are also very easy going and enjoy socialising, but understand people need personal space and time to unwind. We are also LGBTQ+ friendly and want people who are considerate and respectful of others. As the current tenants are working professionals, this house will not be suitable for those who want to host parties or gatherings often.

Bills are not included, but can estimate around the following per person:
