Double room in spacious flat

Hey all,

My housemate is leaving the flat to move in to his house so I am looking for a new flatmate to move in the first week of May.

The room comes partly furnished - there is a good size cupboard (see in the pictures) and a mattress. Everything else in that room will go.

I have been living in this flat for a year and a half now and been loving it - especially being next to Brandon Hill on a sunny day.

About myself: I work as a chef so I am mostly out of the flat. On my spare time I go to the gym, go for runs or meet friends for a laugh. Since my off days are variable - I would prefer someone who is not working from home so that you wouldnt have to hide in the flat to have meetings and etc.

About the utilities and rent, rent is £670 and council tax is £110 per person. Water is £50 and electricity is approximately £100 per month. So on average a month is approximately £850 per person.
