Large Double bedsit style room with en-suite, TV and WiFi available in a friendly and comfortable home in St George, Bristol.

For single occupancy only & age over 35..

The room is bedsit style with shared kitchen.

I am looking for a quiet, non smoking, professional person aged 35+ to rent a room in my home.

Sorry but I am unable to accept dogs.

The room is available on the following rental basis:

Available 7 days per week, Monday to Friday and
other day combinations available

Short term lets available.

Different rental charges apply.

For single occupancy only.

Price includes shared kitchen with use of cooker, microwave, washing machine, dish washer and all kitchen utensils.

There is also a lovely back garden with patio table and chairs.

The room is similar to a bed sit with ensuite, table and chair, easy chair, kettle, TV and shared kitchen facilities.

Price includes all bills and Wi-Fi and
provision of shared household items such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets but not clothes washing powder.

There is on street parking available at the property.

Sorry but there is no secure bike storage available.

St George is very close to the M32/M4 motorway and the Ring Road and is within easy reach of Bristol City centre either by bus, car or walking.

Lawrence Hill railway station is close by with trains to Temple Meads station Bristol and Bath.

There are food shops within walking distance and interesting and diverse shops on nearby Church Road.

There is a good wine bar within walking distance and St George's Park provides a tranquil green space nearby.

There is a gym within walking distance of the property and a swimming pool and leisure centre approx 10 mins drive away.
