I am advertising my ensuite (!) room in a shared flat 8th floor of Orchard Heights US residences.
THIS AD IS ONLY FOR CURRENT UNI STUDENTS, OR RECENTLY GRADUATED (sorry, just regulations of this SU residence).
The room is brand new, fair size with double-sized bed, fully furnished with desk, wardrobe and shelves.
Ensuite is very practical with shower and big mirror.
Kitchen is big and well equipped, with nice common area in the flat.
Laundry, other common spaces and leisure equipment in the courtyard of the building.
The other flatmates are an interesting mix of postgrads, different nationalities (US, Asian and European): sparkling environement to be in!!!
I am sorry to move away, but I am looking to move to a friend's place and I need to find a replacement tenant before being allowed by the Accommodation Office. Move-in date can be anytime.
