Furnished double room to let in a bright and modern two bedroom maisonette flat.

Looking for a Monday to Friday let only currently. I will consider sensible offers on the rent if you are only going stay 1 or
2 weekday nights a week.

The flat is located in a secure gated block just five minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads. It's a lovely, quiet area and there is street parking available (permit required). There is also a secure bicycle storage shed within the communal gardens (not currently in use due to pending works) of the flats.

The flat is set over two floors so there is plenty of space, with lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The room itself is a small double and is basically furnished.

I am friendly and relaxed and I live in the flat full time. I tend to live a quiet life (party days are over!). I’m often at home in the weekday evenings.
