The flat is on the ground floor level of a converted house. It is based on Nottingham Road, just off Gloucester road (Pigsty hill area...near the applegreen petrol station).

Double sized bed & mattress comes with room as well as a built in cupboard and a set of drawers.
There is a separate door leading to the garden from this room. Has strong wi-fi signal as well as an ethernet cable wired in - 200 m/b internet.

Must be happy/not allergic with cats and willing to feed on the very rare occasion.

The way the rent is done is £550 for rent and £200 for bills - total £750 p/m .

No couples as the flat is only really big enough for 2 people living here full time.
With regards to pets, I generally say no as there is a cat in this household already. Things like fish or hamsters which stay in a bowl/cage/box are fine.

I'm also the landlord and live here. I am out half the time with work as are most people.
I rarely have people round (as I prefer to go out) and generally am a very clean person. Pretty easy going with regards to mess but prefer to be clear and clean. I'm also fine with you inviting people over but it isn't a party house :) . In all honesty, the house (at least i find) isn't really big enough for more than about 2-3 friends at a time but of course that's something you can judge when viewing.
