Simon (40) and Sarah (33) are looking for a laid-back, open-minded new tenant, who will treat this charming old town flat responsibly, keeping it clean and tidy.

Simon works in engineering, and in his spare time is interested in making ceramics, riding bikes, and finding unusual treasures on freecycle. Sarah works in a cinema and likes watching movies, reading, and exploring the many bakeries of Bristol.

Technically the room comes unfurnished, but our current flatmate can leave the bedframe (without matress), wardrobe and small side table if you want them.
