Furnished double bedroom with lovely views onto Victoria Square in Clifton. All bills included. Short/medium term lets very welcome.

The flat occupies the whole top floor of a historic building on Victoria Square. There is a fully fitted kitchen diner with space to relax. The flat has two bathrooms, one of which is my en-suite, the other (newly refurbished) is yours.

You'll be sharing with me and my boyfriend. We both work in different roles for universitites. We're considerate professionals looking for a friendly flatmate. Because we both frequently work from home, we'd prefer someone who is out during the day (occasional home working is fine).

Clifton Village is full of great cafes, restaurants and pubs and the Downs are just a 10 minute walk away. There's a Tesco Express just round the corner and more shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema are 10 minutes walk away on Whiteladies Road and Park Street.

The number 8 bus, which stops 1 min away from the flat, takes you directly into the city centre and to Temple Meads station.

The rent includes all bills.
