Space
The bedroom include's a new double bed and mattress, blackout blind, two bedside cabinets, shelves, mirror and a period fireplace and small wardrobe . You will also have access to a shared bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Please note this is a single occupancy listing and a non-smoking flat.

Guests
Due to past experiences, I have decided that the room is for single occupancy and only on a rare occasion an over-night guest would be allowed.

Other things to note
Ideally looking for a young professional, such as myself. Happy for my lodger to use most items in the flat and would obviously expect items to be treated with care.

Bills
The monthly price advertised includes bills (electricity, water, and fibre-optic broadband). Council Tax is separate.

Clifton enjoys an enviable reputation with an eclectic and diverse range of boutique shops, bars, restaurants and further essential services. The architecture is varied and striking with 400 acres of open space found on The Downs. .
