Double room in lovely flat!

Hi there, im moving into this flat next week. The other tenant has pulled out as the renovations took longer than expected and they needed somewhere. Im looking for someone to move in asap. Rent is £600 with bills roughly £170

Its a lovely flat right next to clifton down train station and whiteladies road. Theres on street parking with a permit. Big sainsburys and Downs very close.

The room is a double and looks out onto the green trees outside. Its quiet and has a nice vibe. My friend lived there for many years and enjoyed it.

Im easy going, love a bad dad joke and getting out in nature. Im reasonably tidy and hopefully your the same. I work full time as a property inspector for social housing. Im a passionate musician who plays mostly acoustic folk stuff. I would be sometimes playing music in the evening in my room or sitting room (if quieter for you). I would always do my best to be considerate as we re sharing. My bf may be around once or twice a week. He is lovely and v easy to be around.

Im looking for someone calm and easy going. A professional who works full time and not from home. Ages 28- 55. Wants a quiet home not a party house. My intention is for both of us to be as happy and comfortable as possible here.
