- The room is unfurnished but some furniture will be staying, including the bed and the wardrobe. We can chat more about this at the viewings!

Rent: 750pm
Bills: Approx. £180-200 per month including council tax (Band D).
Tenancy term: 6 month fixed tenancy (but the Renter’s Rights Bill coming into play on 1st May would allow a 2 month notice period, effective from 1st May).

Housemates: Nash (26) & Jos (27). Nash works in finance and Jos works in marketing. Sadly our other flatmate Celia is leaving to move to London for work.

We’re both super friendly and would love to make another friend rather than just a housemate! 💖

We like a mixture of socialising but also doing our own thing, and like to keep the flat quite chilled, tidy and clean so would be looking for someone happy to do the same.
