Hello!

We have one large, double bedroom available in our 3 bed basement flat in Clifton.

The room is a brilliant size with a walk in wardrobe space. More than enough room for a desk if you need to wfh. The flat has a large shared living room and 2 bathrooms.

We also have access to a well looked after private garden, shared with the rest of the street.

The roommates are professional females, aged 26 and 30. They both working from home some days a week, and are both called Emma!

We all have our own things going on but enjoy a weeknight series binge, pub quiz, drinks, takeaways when free. It would be nice to find someone similar!

We are looking for another professional female aged 25-35 so please only message if you fit this. Sorry, no students.

The room is £600pcm plus bills (around £150). 1 months deposit is required.

The move in date is the 9th June 2024.

The landlords live in the flat above us. They are very attentive and quick to resolve any issues.

There is on-street parking available via a permit payable annually.
