Room in hotwells

Hello. Looking for a new flatmate to take a room in Hotwells. Lodging the top floor flat of a friendly family home.
The flat is calm and well lit with nice access to green spaces.
Rent £558 includes council tax.
Internet, water and electricity are split evenly each month on top. Loosely it’s around £672 all in. The flat has its quirks but I’ve been here 4 years and in no rush to leave. The living room is a great spot to relax, listen to music and get stuck into art. There’s no TV in there.
The family downstairs have 3 children (all left school) and 2 cats and a dog. So you do come up through the family home.
They’re a bunch of good eggs.
I work in safeguarding and child protection in south glos. In my spare time in enjoy doodling & painting and pissing about up the allotment growing chilli’s.
