Double room in terraced Cliftonwood 2 bed house

Hello!

I’m advertising for a flatmate in this charming little 2 bed house in Cliftonwood, just off Hotwells road, and 8 minutes from Clifton Village.

My current housemate is sadly leaving, he’s been there for 12 years, and I’ve been there for 2 and a half. The tenancy is directly with the landlord, and he’s very relaxed.

Bills will be taken care of by both of us, we’ll just split them down the middle every month.

There is some furniture if you’d like, but mostly the room will be unfurnished. The rest of the house I will be refurnishing, and I’m happy to have some input (please help me fill these empty shelves 😂).

I will be the only other occupant. I’m 33, I’m a freelance filmmaker, I travel for work a lot and have a partner with a house so I’m there quite a bit too. I’m into climbing, surfing, travelling, but also happy to chill out with a beer, cook up a meal and whack on a Documentary. I’m left leaning politically, and mix well with those that are politically aligned.

I’m pet friendly, my partner has a dog which will also come and visit so it’s good if you’re happy with pets too. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly, but would like to keep smoking outside.

There is parking available from the council, I park my van, and I’m happy for bikes to come inside if you can brave one up the steep hill.

I’d like someone professional, friendly and conscientious. It’s a peaceful house, and it would be nice to keep it a place we can relax and unwind.

It’s available in April/May, with some flexibility, and the landlord will come and drop a tenancy agreement when I have found someone.
