A very pretty and safe area of Bristol, 15 minutes walk to the Uni and 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The flat has a large communal kitchen dining area, patio and garden. The household invites friendly, mature tenants who are looking for a quiet and clean living space. This is not a house share or party house. The room is suited to mature students (PHD), let on a termly, or short-term basis (longer stays by negociation). All bills are included and there is a cleaner for communal areas once a fortnight (also included). All household pots pand etc are also included. This works well for mature students wanting a term by term let or those new to Bristol needeing time to look around before commiting to a longer contract.
