Multiple Large Rooms in Friendly House

Hi, my name is Andrew and I'm looking to share my house.

The rooms are all large in size with 2 being very large and 2 just being large. All the rooms will be furnished. I'm not in a huge rush to fill them, I'd rather take my time and live with nice people.

I'm fairly easy going but do want to live in a clean and respectful house. The expectation is that you clean up after yourself, not make noise in the middle of the night and generally be considerate of others. In return I will do my best to make sure the house is always in good repair, issues are dealt with quickly and that you have a good time living here and feel welcome. I'm not a corporate landlord.

I expect in future people will come and go. I will involve everyone living in the house at the time so we can choose someone we are all happy to live with.

I enjoy running, socialising and I recently quit my job to start a startup.
