Hi! We're Alexia, Molly and Charlie

It's a four bedroom flat with a big living/ dining room, the two rooms available are double bedrooms. The bedroom is £525 and you will be sharing a bathroom with Molly and Charlie . It's a shabby chic flat on the top floor of the building. There's no garden but we live opposite a park so perfect for lying out in the sun with a wine or a book.

We are 3 professionals in our late twenties! We are looking for a fun, social professional, sorry no students!

Molly, 29, is a Physiotherapist and loves cooking, hosting dinner parties, singing, live music, going on walks and dancing.

Alexia, 29, is a full-time teacher with a love for festivals and sunshine! Outside of work, she’s all about good food, live events, and relaxed nights filled with laughter, games, and guilty-pleasure TV (we are currently watching MAFSA) She’s into hiking, swimming spots, and any outing that might end with dancing or wine.

Charlie, 27, most recent addition to the crew. I'm a doctor and in my spare time I like to keep active doing any sort of sport, mostly playing football and a bit of climbing as well. Pretty easy going and chill.

We met via spareroom and have all become friends. Although we have our own interests we do enjoy hanging out together, going to the pub, out for a dance, going for dinner, walks etc, as well as watching trash (or very serious and compelling) TV shows/films and catching up on the sofa. We're looking for people who have similar interests, who'd like to become friends rather than just housemates/passing ships in the night. Our flat is very much a home. If you're just looking for a bed to rest your head and not wanting to contribute to the community vibe then this isn't suitable for you. We're looking for someone on roughly the same working schedule as us (approx 9-5 standard) and due to bills etc not someone working from home full time.

Bills aren't included and they come to around £150 subject to change with the cost of living crisis. On street resident parking permits can be applied for. Moving date will be from the 27th of March but there is potentially scope to move in slightly earlier.
