My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy (8th Feb) as he’s finished his PhD. So now looking for someone to take his place and renew the tenancy.
The flat itself is lovely and both rooms are equal size and large. The place also has a small living room and separate kitchen as well as a huge terrace!
Need to confirm by the 5th of Jan latest but ideally sooner the better. I’m currently away on holiday until the 16th of December but can take viewings from then on, message if interested!
