A spacious, unfurnished double room with a brand new private en-suite is available in a clean, two-bedroom flat. Located just off Whiteladies Road it is situated on a quiet side street close to the Clifton Downs.

The flat is spacious, with a good-sized kitchen and large shared living area. I’m currently in the process of furnishing the lounge, so it’s a bit minimal at the moment, but it’ll soon be a comfortable, homely space to relax in.

I’m a professional engineer working in the city centre and am usually in the office during the week. Evenings are fairly relaxed — gym, cooking, or catching up with friends. I often head back to family in Wales on weekends, but also enjoy the occasional pub trip, watching sport, or just chilling at home.

Looking for a tidy, friendly, and respectful person to share the flat with.

Bills are not included and have typically been £228 per month (including water, gas, electricity, broadband, and Council Tax). The flat is Council Tax band D.
