Flatmate for shared home furnished and bathroom

One of our flat mates is getting their own place. So Chelsea and Scott are looking for a new flat mate to join us in our lovely shared house in beautiful Clifton location.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean who works outside of the house most of the time. We do are own thing in this house but also open to hanging out and socialising. We are both 29. Chelsea works in the nhs as a mental health worker and Scott works in marketing. We both have an interest in going out to music events and enjoying nice food. The best thing about this house is the beautiful garden we have access to. And it is located right near Clifton triangle, so close to lots of fun places but we have a quiet oasis here in our garden.

Gorgeous large room with great light and en-suite with shower. Comes furnished!

The bills come to around £135 a month with council tax , gas, electric and internet. We pay council tax separate and pay the rest together.
